My name is Lewis Alongis. Together with my wife Elmira, we are the proud proprietors of this website, thoughtfully created by our son, Ignati. I am also the sole legal and exclusive copyright holder of all artwork created by the late Von Tipton—a man I had the honor of knowing personally until his untimely passing.

Von’s art speaks volumes, with its unique fusion of fantasy, gothic, and surrealist themes. I have been an avid collector of his work since the early 1970s and have built an extensive collection, joined by fellow collectors Bob & Barbara, Liz & Mike, Loren, and Von’s daughter Kimberly and her husband Cliff—who generously transferred the copyrights to me earlier this year.

Together, we are dedicated to preserving and sharing Von’s legacy with the world through social media and all available channels, so others may experience the magic of his vision. I would also like to acknowledge Von’s brothers, Gene and Randy, devoted admirers of his work.

Over time, a passionate fan base has emerged—enthusiasts, collectors, and newcomers alike—who continue to be captivated by Von’s imaginative worlds and hauntingly beautiful creations. Their support has been invaluable in keeping his spirit and art alive.
